To manually change the MRM transitions that will be monitored with the Scheduled MRM Pro, the user can click on the MRM transitions to be manually monitored, and the Scheduled MRM Pro will automatically monitor all MRM transitions that are selected.
Manual MRM Monitoring and Quantitation
When a Scheduled MRM Pro detects a new sample, the user can click on the Manual MRM monitoring button, and the Scheduled MRM Pro will monitor MRM transitions in the sample. The user can then manually change the retention time and the ionization window for each MRM transition, and manually change the MRM transition intensity for each MRM transition. The Scheduled MRM Pro will monitor these changes and update the MRM data accordingly.
The Scheduled MRM Pro will automatically collect MRM signals, and automatically search for potential MRM transitions in your samples. When the Scheduled MRM Pro detects an MRM transition, it captures the chromatographic peak, saves the collected MRM data to a CSV file, and quantifies the MRM transition based on a pre-defined retention time and ionization window. If the user manually changes the MRM transitions, or if the instrument detects a new sample, the Scheduled MRM Pro will automatically search for new MRM transitions.
The Scheduled MRM Pro has two very convenient and easy to use modes of operation, a Scheduled MRM mode for continuous monitoring, and a Manual MRM for one-off MRM monitoring. Whether you prefer to manually schedule individual MRM transitions or automatically monitor one-off MRM transitions, the Scheduled MRM Pro has you covered.
The Scheduled MRM Pro allows unlimited number of scheduled MRM transitions per sample and thus the maximum dynamic range can be increased. With an unlimited number of scheduled MRM transitions per sample, you can monitor up to the maximum dynamic range of your instrument capabilities, therefore enhancing the sensitivity of the MS detection and improving quantitation accuracy.
